30 years of comprehensive experience including design, procurement, construction, startup, and operations, I have a proven track record of leading large-scale EPC projects. I have experience on both sides of the fence, supervising engineering design work for an A/E firm as well as managing A/E and Construction Management contracts.

Throughout my career I have led large, multidisciplinary teams on high-visibility, high-risk federal projects.  As a licensed Professional Engineer and certified PMP, I bring both a strategic insight and hands-on leadership to complex capital projects.  My work in delivering results in dynamic and highly regulated environments has strengthened my ability to lead challenging technical projects.

I have extensive experience engaging with stakeholders, including clients, regulators, contractors, and craft labor to align goals, create an environment of trust, and drive to successful outcomes.
