Led back-office lending, savings, and insurance operations for 4 regions, portfolio of $150MM USD, 800k clients, and 200 branch offices across 20+ states.

Led back-office operations of 30 FT staff for loans in South Region covering Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala, including data entry, transactions, help desk, and cash management.
