I am an accomplished healthcare executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital operations, strategic growth, and business development.  My most recent healthcare system position was serving as Chief Operating Officer of a 166-bed acute care hospital.  I led operational, clinical, and financial performance initiatives that produced significant EBITDA growth, significant margin expansion, and substantial increases in admissions, surgical volume, and emergency department visits. I directed over $110 million in capital investments, managed complex construction and expansion projects, strengthened physician networks, and oversaw large multidisciplinary teams across both inpatient and ambulatory systems.

In addition to my executive healthcare leadership, I have served as Vice President of Business Development for a healthcare startup, successfully implementing statewide initiatives and driving revenue growth, and I currently operate both a real estate practice and a consulting firm providing strategic planning, operations, and market development services. Across all roles, my leadership is grounded in integrity, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a proven ability to grow organizations while building strong stakeholder relationships.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University with a major in Business Marketing & Communications and a minor in Commercial Advertising & Design. My academic focus provided a strong foundation in strategic marketing, branding, communication, and business development—skills that have directly supported my leadership roles in healthcare operations, consulting, and real estate. The combination of business strategy and creative design training has enabled me to approach growth initiatives with both analytical precision and market-driven insight.
