Delivered on Service Contract Capture rate for all capital equipment within territory. Provided consultative services for customers relating to professional organization guidelines and manufacturer’s instructions for use. Developed and maintained new and existing customer relationships identifying KOL’s within geography. Developed and executed field facing training curriculum to new hires in virtual and live environments.
