I received my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology and a concentration in Interprofessional Education from Saint Louis University in May of 2023. I am currently working towards my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in SLU’s 6-Year Accelerated Program in Physical Therapy with an anticipated graduation date of May 2025.
As a student physical therapist, I consider myself to be dependable, motivated, and accomplished. I have developed a strong passion for this healthcare field and look forward to my future endeavors in and out of the workplace.
Experience
You have extensive hands-on experience in various physical therapy settings, including pelvic health, outpatient orthopedics, and sports rehabilitation. Your roles involved:
• Evaluating and treating patients under licensed PT supervision
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Performing pelvic floor assessments and utilizing modalities like biofeedback
• Educating patients on posture, body mechanics, and recovery strategies
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with clinic policies
Your internships at Northwestern Medicine, Athletico, SSM Health, Advanced Training & Rehab, and your role as a Physical Therapy Aide at Midwest Orthopedics at Rush have given you well-rounded exposure to different PT specialties.
