Highly proficent in customer service and retention.  Attention to detail, multitasking, and being dependable are just the beggining of my skills that allow me to be an asset to any team, job, or group I am  a part of.  I am eager to learn, highly proficent and expirenced in customer service, I can type between 60 and 70 wpm with 100% accuracy , and have 2 decades worth of expirence with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and powerpoint .  

Experience

I have worked in call centers, been the manager of a fast food resturant, and have learned a  lot of customer service skills over the years.  I aim to please both the client , and the company ..  Balance is very important.

High School Diploma 1999-2003 IVC High School, Chillicothe , IL 3.4 gpa

Illinois Central College, 2007-2009 East Peoria , IL  medical coding and billing certificate program, not completed.
