I test-drive Greenworks Zero Turn mowers to identify defects—such as motor issues, abnormal vibrations, and ride smoothness—while performing key pre-drive checks like tire PSI and lug nut torque. I also test and inspect batteries, chargers, and a wide range of handheld tools, using specialized testers to detect voltage issues and troubleshoot equipment. My work often involves disassembling and reassembling tools to diagnose problems, giving me extensive hands-on experience with multiple product types. I maintain detailed daily Excel reports for the quality manager, tracking production, pass/fail counts, and using basic formulas. To ensure accurate results, I regularly use precision tools such as multimeters, microscopes, hi-pot testers, calipers, taper gauges, digital torque tools, and scales.
