Approach and solve problems with initiative and sound judgment.   Comply with import laws, preventing costly errors and delays.  Documenting, researching, and resolving customer service issues.  Identify all billable services and complete billing in the system.  Listen to customer requests/specifications and make suggestions to appropriately fulfill needs.  Manage final destination transportation through contracted trucking services.  Managing client profiles, updating, and maintaining client information.  Monitoring the release and ensuring timely delivery of cargo.  Providing accurate and up-to-date PO tracking from origin to final mile.
