Brandon Fillingim

Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience double major and Business minor graduating from Grand Valley State University in April 2025. Excels in Consumer Behavior, Data analysis and application, and Client Relationship Management. 

I have experience working as a Behavior Technician where I conducted behavioral assessments to determine underlying causes of challenging behaviors and implemented behavioral intervention plans to fulfill client needs in an at home setting. I collected, analyzed, and interpreted behavioral data assess the effectiveness of intervention and adapt as needed. 

I have a very diverse educational background, majoring in Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience and minoring in Business. In my coursework, I have conducted numerous experiments attempting to understand human behavior and our decision making processes. I gained a proficient understanding of the processes underlying successful research. I learned a wide variety of tools that allow me to analyze and interpret my findings (SPSS, Microsoft and Google Applications). I was able to then apply these findings to attempt to fix the problem I was trying to solve.
