My professional experience began in the US Air Force.  After an honorable discharge from the service, farm management and team leading was the best opportunity at the time.  Following management experience in farming work an opportunity at Unimin, a local sand mine, as an engineering contractor presented itself. Then following Unimin the opportunity to open a retail store has been the most recent adventure.

Industrial and Systems Engineering at Northern Illinois University has taught how to use data, machines, and people to improve efficiency and quality.
