Bobi Komer

I am a seasoned customer service professional with over 30 years of experience.   I've interacted with customers in person, online, and over the phone.  My friendly and outgoing demeanor, combined with compassion and responsibility, allows me to excel in my role.  I am attentive, thorough, and diligent in completing all tasks.

Throughout my career, I’ve held various roles that have collectively shaped me into the professional I am today. With over 30 years of customer service experience in retail, office facilities, and running my own business, I’ve honed my skills. I’ve adeptly managed switchboards with multiple phone lines and am proficient in Microsoft Office, typing at 64 words per minute. While I haven’t worked in a medical office, I’m familiar with some medical terminology. From retail to real estate to design, each experience has contributed to my growth, and I’m committed to bringing my best to any opportunity.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in interior design. Additionally, I obtained my real estate broker’s license in 2003. Beyond that, I’ve pursued continuing education in my field and hold a certificate for substitute teaching in the state of Illinois.
