Bobbie Ward

Passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious teacher with one year teaching experience as a student teacher. Excited to bring a passion for learning to my own classroom while increasing classroom engagement through our online and in-person classrooms.

My  student teaching experience has given me skills that set me apart from other candidates. My ability to develop creative lesson plans allows me to make sure every type of learner is being differentiated in every lesson. COVID-19 has made my student teaching  experience  a unique one forcing my classroom to be in a cohort schedule as well as having some students still fully virtual while a handful are in person with me. This unique experience has made me a master in teaching virtually, knowing the ins and outs of google classroom while finding new ways to keep both online and in person students engaged. My strong interpersonal skills make me a great candidate as I am willing to learn from those around me while making sure my students are reaching their full potential.
