Betssy Rodriguez

I am a college student pursuing my career as a Medical Assistant. I have been working with Taco Bell for about 4 years now and this job has shown me what it means to have good customer service and how to work under pressure. I am currently looking for a new job now because I want to get more experience in a different area of work. 

I have been working at Taco Bell as a shift lead manager for about 4 years now. My duties as a shift leader are coaching and managing my team to make sure we are providing the service that the customers expect, I was also in charge of making food delivery orders for our food shipment, handling an making customers orders, handling cash, and hiring an training new employees.

I graduated from High school in 2018, I was enrolled in college for my Medical Assistant certificate but had to recently stop going to school because we were facing financial problems at home. I graduated high school with a 3.7 gpa and passed all my classes.
