I have been a care coordinator for 16.7 years. 
I am familiar with Guiding Care System and I am a Certified Assessor for MNChoice. 

I have worked the last 16.7 years for UCare as a MSHO/MSC+ Care coordinato.  I was a beta tester for the MNChoice system and a Mentor.  I have also worked as a RN Ancillar/Triage Nurse in a clinic for 8 years prior to UCare. I have done Neuro and Epilesy nursing for 6 years at a hospital as well as postpartum mom’s and babies. 

Anoka-Ramsey Community College and graduated 1993 with an Associates Degree in Registered Nursing.
