• Performs routine changeovers including, but not limited to lot changes end of arm tool changes and parameter changes
• Perform proper startup and shutdown procedures on equipment and verification of equipment status.
• Assist operation teams with routine line issues, resets and restarts.
• Along with daily functions I trained and mentored other associates within the assembly and maintenance operations.
• Monitored output and quantity, applying parameter adjustments where applicable and to help alleviate minor jams.
• Safely worked with hands tools and or power tools while troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, or repairs to equipment
• Worked along side quality and operations to evaluate and address non-conformances, product quality defects and other output issues.
