Bernie Rosendahl

I’m a creative with a very deep, unwavering passion for all things UX (User Experience).

My extensive design experience includes working with startups, creative agencies and well-known companies such as Paramount+, Pluto TV, The Movie Channel, Ford, ADP, General Motors, Nissan, McDonald’s, Pepsi and Volkswagen. 

I’m a highly experienced UI designer, managing projects from conception to completion, working with cross-functional design and product teams, and recommending designs aligned with business goals. 

As a design system expert, I currently work as a Lead Product Designer at Paramount. During my tenure I’ve been responsible for the design and implementation of 20 administrative features at Paramount+ and Pluto TV which have helped our product gross billions in revenue.

I believe in a creative strategy that understands the motivations, behaviors, problems, and goals of the individuals we are designing for and how they relate to the needs of the client. I put great effort into filtering complex problems into simple, actionable visual solutions which excite, delight, and inform.

My extensive and most recent design experience includes working with startups, creative agencies and well-known companies such as Paramount+, Pluto TV, The Movie Channel, Ford, ADP, General Motors, Nissan, McDonald’s, Pepsi and Volkswagen - working in the field of Product Design, UX Design, Design Systems and Visual Design.  Earlier in my career,  I spent 10 years as a UX Designer in higher education at Michigan State University and Central Michigan University, as well a two year tenure designing products in finance. 

I completed a 4 year degree at Central Michigan University.   I was involved with the Honors Scholar Program and Students of Design.  I also participated in D-1 football at Central Michigan University for three seasons.   I also take part in many Figma and InVision design seminars yearly.
