- Ensure legal compliance and minimized risks by staying current with employment laws and regulations while effectively communicating complex HR policies and procedures when needed
- Present HRIS project ideas, status updates, and provide operational recommendations to the entire People Operations and HR team, answering questions and concerns to a room of 50
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities, readily assisting with employee and labor relations matters, litigation, onboarding, HRIS module troubleshooting, and other related HR duties as requested
