During my tenure in the retail industry, I excelled in managing customer interactions, overseeing inventory, and ensuring seamless store operations. These responsibilities honed my multitasking abilities and strengthened my organizational skills. Additionally, my retail experience allowed me to refine critical skills such as customer service, problem-solving, and leadership, which have proven valuable in diverse workplace scenarios.

Now working as a Human Resources Intern at GAOTek Inc, I actively engage in recruitment processes, assist in onboarding new employees, and contribute to the development of employee engagement initiatives. This internship has provided me with a platform to leverage my retail experience while acquiring new competencies in recruitment, employee engagement strategies, and performance management.
