About Ben Chocron:

I have 12 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of success in managing all sizes of projects, including infrastructure, software development, and product.

In my previous role as Program Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield,  I was responsible for the successful delivery of several large-scale projects, including the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, the launch of a new product line, and the migration of our data center to the cloud. I have a deep understanding of the project management lifecycle, and I am skilled in all aspects of program management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and communication.

I am also a highly effective leader and communicator. I can build and motivate high-performing teams, and I am skilled at communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
