 I am looking for any available positions in NY, NJ, FL, TX or other locations with interest. With a strong academic and professional background in an international arbitration, international business transactions and trade law, Capital Markets, Financial Crimes / Sanctions compliance, ISDA Negotiations and Master agreements, Global regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, UCC and SEC investigations, I am confident that I will contribute immensely to any Financial Institutions. 

I bring to the table over a decade of unique knowledge and experience in the fields of international law, compliance (specifically sanctions and combating financial crimes), and contract law. My skillset encompasses strong communication abilities, dispute resolution expertise, analytical and research proficiency, and the ability to think outside the box. In addition, I possess extensive knowledge of capital markets and investment banking law.

I’m self-motivated, active licenser, excel at interpersonal and communication skills, team player and management skills, multi-task, ad-hoc which independently act to control risks and improve operational efficiency, negotiation and can dominate the client during dilling process, think like a customer, able to see out-of-box, quickly identify risks/issues and adapt quickly new various technology tools,   review detailed legal documents, and contract disputes especially documentation terms & conditions, work under the pressure, huge interest and strong knowledge contract law, transactions and securities laws, fixed-income, investment banking and dispute resolution and etc. For this role given chance to me to join your team, I will be demonstrate my strong knowledge and experience in ISDA Master agreements, which I have more that 1, half years experience as an ISDA Negotiations Manager at Oppenheimer & Co. An addition I’m confident that my experience as international law especially international dispute resolution and litigation skills and experience including contract disputes in United Nations, Oppenhimer and White & Case LLP, which I have ability resolve quickly and high quality standard different kind of contract disputes, and especially drafting agreements which become enforceability with high standards.     

My academic background includes a JD in International Economic Law, Business, and Dispute Resolution Law from WashULaw, as well as an LL.M. in Investment Arbitration Law from the University of Miami School of Law.
