Duties Included:
As a Customer Service Specialist two, it was my responsibility to spend a minimum of 30 minutes with each customer, to verify cur- rent and valid, local, state and federal documentation, greet the public in a friendly manner, via in person, e-mail and telephone, explaining the process of our extended time together and upon inspection and verification, inform customers continuing throughout the process on each step in the progression.
When not road-testing customers, in cooperation with my team members, my duties also included serving the public independently in a cooperative manner, with timely service and under stressful situations for customers.
Conducting road tests to observe a customer's driving ability and in compliance with traffic safety rules, provide clear and concise directions and ensures customer's full understanding of the required safety rules, document road test exam on examination form, advise customer of pass, fail, or disqualification.
My extended duties also included the many aspects of tax by collection of current and delinquent real estate and tangible tax pay- ments, renewing driver’s license, and state identification cards, using numerus software systems, while following state and federal laws.
Issuing and/or renewing business tax receipts. Issue and/or renew hunting/fishing license.
The collection of sales taxes on casual vehicles and vessels with individuals, dealers, and other professional businesses. Balance the cash/check/credit cards amounts daily.
As directed to stay current on regulatory changes and updates from DHSMV, DOR, FWC, and Florida Statutes.
As expected, to work independently to research State Statutes and DHSMV policies and to problem solve complete and complex DHSMV customers.

Patient Care Coordinator 2015-2018
• Welcomes patients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls and triage walk in patients with courtesy and provide good communication skills and
customer service.

• Responsible for screening clients presented in the reception area and assisting them with their appointments and facilitating access to Obstetrics, Gynecology, Pediatrics and Behavioral Health Services.
