I have over two years of customer service and sales experience, including working at Walmart where I managed hundreds of online pickup orders with accuracy and provided excellent customer support. I played a key role in reducing return issues and receipt discrepancies by 10% through attention to detail and communication. My role also included assisting with inventory and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers. Alongside work, I’ve taken on leadership roles through my involvement in student organizations, helping me build communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting at the University of Central Florida, expected to graduate in Winter 2025. My coursework includes Business Finance, Marketing, Managerial Accounting, and Quantitative Business Tools. I am also involved in several organizations such as the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), Progressive Black Men Inc., and the Student Accounting Society, where I participate in professional development, networking, and community service. Additionally, I am working toward becoming certified in Microsoft Excel to strengthen my technical skill set.
