About Barbara Kennedy:

Throughout my career, I have delivered complex, multiyear, mission critical projects that have dramatically improved performance and reduced costs. 

I am a person who gets things done and have demonstrated my capabilities at all levels of my previous employment.  I am looking to continue my career in Project Management Program Management and/or support roles for integration.

I possess knowledge and passion for aviation and aerospace, or technical projects.  Also, I understand that systems engineering, and technical processes must always support strategic business objectives. My program management, systems engineering, and project integration skills are strong; in addition, I currently hold an active PMI PMP certification.

I am an effective team builder, leader and team member, and have successfully led multiple teams of senior engineering and technical professionals. I understand the challenges of leading and supervising personnel and complex matrixed teams and have consistently built team cohesion and commitment to mission goals.

Over 20 years in Project Management, Integration and Systems Engineering in Aerospace, IT products, operations and project planning with schedule, cost, budget and risk management skills.
