My name is Bala Kadiyala, and I’m a Senior Database Administrator with over 15 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing SQL Server, Snowflake, and Azure SQL environments.

I’m currently working at TCW Group in Los Angeles, where I manage over 100 SQL Servers and 2,000+ databases across on-premises and cloud. My main focus areas are performance tuning, high availability, and data migration to Azure and Snowflake.

I’ve also implemented ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, optimized resource consumption in Snowflake, and led disaster recovery and automation initiatives to improve uptime and efficiency.
