- Guide business teams through change impacts of migrating from a 20+ year old legacy DAS system to a dynamic omnichannel inventory hub via Manhattan's Active Omni (MAO) platform
- Dedicated MAO subject matter expert (SME) for project design, testing, configuration, and deployment of MAO functionality within the NMG network
- Configure MAO Availability to Commerce (ATC) views via the Postman Application Programming Interface (API) platform for ease of mass updating ATC exclusions, MAO fulfillment outages, and sharing logic
- Utilize JSON script within Postman for API calls to assist NMG and Manhattan IT teams in troubleshooting identified systemic roadblocks
- Business owner of the NMG Availability Control System (ACS), which houses external inventory availability applications which are not configurable within MAO
- Partner with the Information Technology (IT) teams to develop Manhattan Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) reports on MAO system configuration, inventory availability pictures, order reservation and fulfillment details, and more
- Create Snowflake SQL queries utilizing NMG's Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to bridge information gaps around Product Information Management (PIM), MAO inventory availability, systemic sharing logic, store and warehouse customer order fulfillment routing, and more
- Optimize inventory control procedures surrounding changes to inventory availability and fulfillment rules through form development and governance structures
