Proven expertise in designing—including costing and pricing—and implementing M&E systems, conducting data analysis, and providing technical advice. Skilled in developing tools and guidelines, managing large-scale M&E contracts, and mentoring M&E professionals. Proven ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and align data systems with strategic frameworks. 

Education

Holds an M.Sc. in Economics and a B.Sc. in Statistics form Addis Ababa University.
