About Audrey Toponce:

I wanted to take the time to introduce myself. My name is Audrey Toponce. I am a wife, a mother and I am more dedicated and passionate than just about anyone you could ever meet. I am very savvy when it comes to helping with marketing and customer retention. I don’t just strive to meet my customer's expectations, but to exceed them. I have lots of wonderful ideas. I am very personable, friendly with everyone and very welcoming. I like my customers to feel like they are being assisted by friends who also happen to be professionals. I am always open to constructive criticism and suggestions and work well in a team environment or alone. I have worked remotely the past 5 years. I am somewhat flexible as far as working days and hours. I am very savvy when it comes to pretty much anything in a dental office... scheduling appointments, accounts payable & receivable, treatment planning and coordinating & data entry. I have extensive ADA billing knowledge and have worked with many insurance companies. 


I have some experience in Sleep related breathing disorders and disorders of the TMJ in addition to general dentistry/and some specialities. I have the necessary skills to help your company bloom and thrive. I had previously been an office manager for over 15 years. Until I moved in 2017, I worked in private, general dental practices, where we also did some select medical procedures. I can remote into any office and work from anywhere and help with billing, claims status,etc. We had relocated and my husband is gone much of the time for his job so I have to be available to take my daughter to and from school so I am not able to go into an office to work any longer. I have been in the dental field a long time and perform exceptional work, which I think will help serve me well if I branched out beyond the scope of the dental field as well. I am happy to provide references and the doctors whom I have worked for in the past have nothing but good things to say. Thanks for taking the time. I look forward to hearing from you soon, 


 

Experience

I have around 20 years working in the dental field and providing excellent customer service. Many of those skills will help me, should I choose to leave the dental field. Many of those qualities translate to any other profession.  I am a very kind person, I try to practice empathy in more difficult situations.  I am a problem solver and I always give 110% in everything I do. You won't find a more compassionate yet professional person.

Education

Graduated from Granada Highschool in 1996, in Livermore Ca, immediately after I took some classes at the local junior college, Las Positas and in 2002 I then attended Eden Area ROP for their dental assisting program. I graduated from the program in 2004.
