Ashton Ballew

I am a program specialist in coordination and management for over 10 years. I am seeking to join a dynamic organization that will utilize my skills and increase my talent while serving clients. I meet clients and coworkers where they are at and work to where they would like to go through honest connection to build trust. I love working in health care where I can serve clients, patients, and employees to improve the health of the individual and the community. 

I have worked with clients one-on-one and in groups for social services, health education, and workforce development. I have also overseen programs a variety of groups such as
; seniors, high schoolers, college students, health professionals, chronic disease patients, those seeking recovery, and more. I have worked front line concerns through mental health agencies and programs then went back to school for a master's in health administration to better understand the administrative aspect of health organizations while continuing to develop programs in my regions of operation. 

I have a master's in health administration that provided valuable information in human resources, financial considerations, being a great leader, and how to keep the organization running. While earning my degree, I have also earned my Lean Certification - Green Belt to understand how to reduce waste (time, materials, etc) for better productivity for an organization. I also have my bachelor's in science of health which is also known as Public Health. This has allowed me to be better at outreach management, building closer relationships with my clients, and learning how to reach people based on their health care needs.
