Over the years, I’ve worked as an educator, career consultant, and recruiter—supporting both adults and youth through coaching, job search preparation, and workforce programs. I’ve facilitated resume workshops, led interview prep sessions, delivered GED and digital literacy instruction, and supported career readiness through community-based outreach. 
I’ve also recruited for professional roles nationwide, placing candidates in positions that align with their strengths and goals. Much of my work has been fully remote, giving me the tools and perspective to collaborate across teams and geographies with flexibility and consistency.
