- Leads orientation onboarding program for associates to learn about their new position, local divisions, and culture for both English and Spanish speaking associates.

US Foods - Human Resource Coordinator January 2023 - December 2023 | Corona, CA
- Participate in interactive discussions with employee’s compliance with ADA, FMLA, CFRA and support the workers Compensation program through Sedgwick for San Diego County, LA County and Inland Empire regions.
- Onboard new hires for La Mirada and Corona locations and provide orientation including I-9, new hire forms, and training in Workday for over 90 new employees.
- Managed confidential personal documentation relating to activities for staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and disciplinary actions for over 242 employees.
- Coordinated weekly staffing calls via Microsoft Teams to discuss recruitment and business opportunities by partnering with the recruiter team, to meet staffing needs, and generate Microsoft Excel reports for department leaders.
- Supports operations with the administration of the collective bargaining agreement(s) for both transportation and warehouse unions.
- Audit over 242 associates for yearly training compliance.

Total Warehouse - Human Resource Coordinator July 2019 - December 2022 | Anaheim, CA
- Oversaw job fairs in Phoenix, Az. and the local Universal Technical Institute (UTI) campus increasing recruitment of 5 forklift technicians.
- Managed onboarding through HRIS Paylocity, which consisted of I-9 documentation, background check, and drug screening for up to 4 new hires at a given time.
- Leads orientation on-boarding program for associates to learn about their new position, our company, and culture by providing a tour of the facility, ensuring the transition into their department managers to rely on past orientation.
- Administer harassment training and forklift safety training through Paylocity and EPIC/Think-HR for over 70 employees within a 3-year period.
- Supported the processing of the termination of 24 employees, which includes collecting company equipment, and providing final legal documentation about the separation of the relationship.
- Shadowed HR Director in employee relation manors, by taking notes on different types of investigation.

- Support the Director of HR through several Covid outbreaks through 20/21 years via ModMD onsite medical testing. Coordinate and execute special events such as yearly benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, and holiday parties.
- Clarified the reduction of 40% of overtime through analytical reports through Microsoft Excel.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records, while providing clerical support to the Director of HR and the department.
