Charismatic Logistic Professional with experience in both Operations/Management and Sales.  Will travel as necessary to meet with customers.  Managed 19 employees with local drivers, trailer shop, transload services and office staff. Visited customers in Mexico, United States and Canada when needed to present company for business.  Bilingual with many contacts within the Mexican carrier arena.     

A logistic professional with a background in management, sales and operations who is professional, articulate and personal. Problem solving and listening as well as ideas implementation have been the backbone of my career. I have worked in all facets of the industry, from load entry and billing, loading trucks, sales, dispatch, orientation and on-boarding, personnel management and customer relations. I am a solution driven individual with sound judgement. 
 

20 years working in facets within the field of Logistics.  Working with different companies through the years, I have been able to pick up things that work and have put them into practice to reduce cost, stabilize employee base and increase customer satisfaction.
