• Led a team of 10 software engineers embedded in Microsoft's Azure Developer Experience organization.   
• Owned architecture, development, and delivery of the Fast Track Onboarding Portal, a large-scale internal platform used by ~1,000 Microsoft employees.   
• Collaborated directly with Microsoft FTEs, PMs, and TPMs to continuously deliver high-quality releases on a bi-weekly cadence with 99.9% uptime.   
• Directed all phases of delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, code reviews, and stakeholder communication.   
• Championed early cloud-native adoption across the stack, building on Azure Web Services, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and Azure Load Balancer.
