As a tech-adjacent program and project leader, I bring over a decade of experience driving cross-sector initiatives that expand access, align resources, and deliver measurable community impact.

Rooted in education, community development, and philanthropy, my work lives at the intersection of people, systems, and technology. I specialize in designing and managing scalable programs—whether it's implementing digital skilling ecosystems, leading multi-stakeholder partnerships, or coordinating high-profile activations for global brands.

I’m a Navigator. A Connector. A collaborator who bridges technical and nontechnical worlds to translate bold ideas into people-first outcomes. With a bias toward action, I bring clarity to complexity and equity to execution—ensuring that impact isn’t just a goal, but a standard.

I’m a tech-adjacent leader, strategist, and connector with over a decade of experience bridging gaps between innovation and equity. At Microsoft Philanthropies’ Nonprofit Tech Acceleration initiative, I helped onboard 3,000+ minority-led nonprofits, mobilizing $5.5M in resources across 2,000+ communities and reaching 11.5M+ people through digital transformation and high-profile activations with partners like the NBA and NFL. At Nourish + Bloom, I lead strategic alliances and Tech for Good initiatives, forging partnerships that scale AI-powered food access and creating STEM and workforce programs that expose youth to fields like AI, fintech, and data analytics. Today, as Principal Navigator & Connector at Linchpin Consulting, I continue to design and manage scalable programs, align cross-sector partners, and deliver initiatives that expand digital access, advance workforce readiness, and drive measurable community impact. At the core, my work is about alignment—between people, platforms, partnerships, and purpose—ensuring bold ideas become inclusive, actionable outcomes.

I am currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree through Spelman College’s Pauline E. Drake Scholars (PEDS) Program, a program designed for professionals and mature learners returning to complete their education. Prior to Spelman, I completed two years of college coursework. While I continue my academic journey, I have successfully built a successful career.
