I am a dedicated and driven individual with more than 6 years of corporate experience at Capital One. I have handled the highest levels of customer escalations within the auto finance division, been in QA for over three years, created presentations for senior management and more. I recently got my Bachelor's Degree in Communications at SNHU and plan to enter the world of freelance writing and journalism. I have one son who is three years old and I have been married since 2020. During my free time I enjoy running, reading and spending time with my family and friends. 

I have over five years of corporate experience at Capital One, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and quality assurance skills in a fast-paced environment. I recently earned my bachelor’s degree in Communications from SNHU, which strengthened my writing, digital media, and strategic communication abilities. In addition, I’ve managed social media, marketing, and client outreach for my wife’s large holiday décor business, giving me hands-on experience with branding, customer engagement, and content creation. Together, these experiences allow me to bring a blend of professionalism, creativity, and reliability to any role I take on.

I recently earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University, where I built a strong foundation in writing, digital communication, media strategy, and audience engagement. My coursework and projects focused on clear messaging, professional communication, and content creation—all of which directly support the work I do in marketing, writing, and client-facing roles.
