I’m a Senior Communication Design student at Texas State University with professional experience across warehouse, retail, and hospitality roles. At Amazon, I handle detailed quality checks on merchandise, accurate packaging, and customer returns while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Previously, as an Assistant Manager at Food Fast and Night Manager at Sonic Drive-In, I led daily operations, inventory management, cash reconciliation, staff training, scheduling, and customer issue resolution in fast-paced settings. I currently work as a Housekeeper at Residence Inn by Marriott, upholding Marriott brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. I am a senior Communication Design student at Texas State University in San Marcos, building a strong foundation in visual communication and design. Alongside my coursework, I’m actively involved in the Bobcat Marching Band and Bobcat Basketball Band, where I serve as Uniform Manager for both, helping coordinate, maintain, and organize uniforms for the ensembles. I also serve in a leadership role in Kappa Kappa Psi, Theta Alpha Chapter, as the Vice President of Membership, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of members within the organization.
