I've had various Administrative Assistant in the healthcare (specifically in the physical therapy field) for 30 years.  I enjoy doing my part of processes efficiently and proficiently to achieve goals.  I've had the roles of Clinic Manager, Insurance Verification Specialist, Credentialing Specialist, Continuing Education Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant To The VP.  

I was a clinic manager for a smaller physical therapy clinic called National Therapeutic Systems for 9 years where I scheduled, collected copays for, and billed visits, and also did A/R on patient accounts.  There was also an on-site DME store I ran solely.  The last 20 years I worked remotely for a large physical therapy company named Community Physical Therapy, where I did insurance verifications and approvals for physical/occupational and speech therapies at 25 skilled nursing facilities, plus credential checking and tracking for the clinical staff of over 550 therapists, while also acting as the Continuing Education Coordinator.  My main title was Administrative Assistant To The VP.
