After 3 years working in one of the biggest resorts in Florida, my passion for the Hospitality industry born and grows every day. I successfully provided an outstanding service to our guests thanks to the effective communication with a team of 40 people, being responsible for room inspections, and common areas, customer service in multiple languages, and communication with the different departments of the hotel. I worked in Westgate Resorts for more than3 years, starting as a Room Coordinator, going through Housekeeping Supervisor position, and ending as a Housekeeping Manager PM Shift, leading a team of more than 40 team members, responsible of runners, pool attendants, public attendants, housemen and housekeeping supervisors. Evaluated employee performance and developed improvement plans. Completed schedules, shift reports, and other business documentation. Trained and mentored all new personnel to maximize quality of service and performance. Assigned housekeeping staff to specific shifts and room blocks based on abilities and daily requirements.
Education
I studied Economy in my country, getting a Bachelor of Economic, and I started a Master in Management at Wilmington University in 2020, unfinished.
