I am passionate about my job in healthcare and have dedicated fifteen years to sterile processing. My strong work ethic drives me to give my best every day, making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

In sterile processing, I have embraced every role on my journey, beginning as a technician and evolving into a supervisor, educator, and manager. My passion for sterile processing drives me to ensure that every patient receives the highest standard of care.

I am excited to have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Science for Organizational Leadership, and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources Organizational Development, paving the way for a fulfilling and impactful future.
