Angela Navanugraha

I’ve been in the industry since 1998. I’m passionate about providing white glove service to our clients. I am technical and non technical and pride myself on being able to troubleshoot issues and work as a team to work on a solution with minimal to no disruptions in cash flow. 

In my current position as a Director of EDI Services, I practice my technical and non-technical background to ensure all existing processes are meeting the needs of our clients and organization.  My primary duties include reviewing systems, researching any workflow issues that are impeding cashflow for clients and then collaborating with teams to find solutions.

My talents and extensive knowledge in this industry also enable me to make valuable contributions to the company and role. My greatest skills include project management, communication and IT knowledge. As a leader, I afforded encouragement, troubleshooting and guidance for my team.

Received my Bachelors of Science in Information Systems and Software Engineering.
