My name is Andrew Napoleon. I am a Boston Native. Work history involves 5 years experience Running and managing cannabis cultivation facilities In Southern Oregon and Southern Maine. Prior job experience includes installation and technician for Fire safety equipment, card access and security camera systems. Lived in South America for multiple years becoming proficient in the Spanish language. Reading, writing, and listening included. Familiar with all aspects of building facilities, cultivation and processing products. Mechanically inclined, extremely familiar with running data systems and creating automization in my work places providing efficiency accuracy thus creating higher Production rates. I am a great listener, A better learner and could be a positive supportive asset and team member in any work Environment. Friendly outgoing and extremely honest. I see my self as Efficient, creative, extremely resourceful when I’m faced with obstacles. Familiar with electronic systems, Point of sale systems, inventory, task managing and willing to improve in what ever aspects a new career and a new life may require me.

Head grower for 5 years in Oregon and Maine managing teams of up to 20 people for harvest and production operations. 

Complete build out of facilities including the installation of all data, automization, climate  and irrigation technologies. 
 

3 years supervisor at an ice cream shop managing a small team and working along side my peers. Incharge of assigning registers assigning tasks, counting the total sales, inventory and Batching credit card sales on a computer for our POS system.

Over 7 years of working along side my father in Fire alarm and camera security systems. Started at 14 years old any free day and after graduation I learned installation, fire alarm testing, coding devices into the control panels and running data systems wirelessly and hardwired. Running cables and low voltage electricity equipment.
