Andrew Calderon

Born and raised in Bronx, NY, moved to North Carolina in 2019. Worked as both unarmed and armed security for 9.5 years. Currently working for the Guilford County Sheriffs office as a Detention Officer, have been with them now for almost 5 years. Have an Associates in Science in Firearms Technology and am certified to be a gunsmith. My biggest passion for work would have to be with firearms, like a mechanic with vehicles, I have grown an interest and an enjoyment since a younger age with how they have continued to change and advance over time. I find it relaxing to disassemble a firearm whether it be for cleaning or repairs. 

9 ½ years of armed and unarmed security with Securitas Security services and Allied Universal. Almost 5 years in law enforcement with the Guilford County Sheriffs Office. Almost 2 years in firearms services.

Associates in Science in Firearms Technology from Sonoran Desert Institute.
