I’m a healthcare operations leader who loves solving complicated problems and making care easier for families. I’ve managed high volume scheduling teams, led access improvement initiatives, and redesigned workflows to reduce frustration for both patients and staff. I enjoy digging into data, planning for every possible scenario, and creating processes that hold up even on the busiest days. I’ve led scheduling transformation work, streamlined referral and call workflows, partnered with IT on Epic build changes, managed staffing redesign initiatives, and guided clinical and operational teams through process changes that impact thousands of families.
I enjoy planning ahead, building structure where there is none, and helping teams move through change with clarity and confidence. While my titles have focused on operations, my day to day work has always centered on project leadership and long term system improvement.

I have extensive experience leading complex operational and scheduling projects within healthcare. As Director of Ambulatory Scheduling, I oversee multi clinic workflow redesigns, access improvement initiatives, Epic Cadence optimization, staffing model development, and call center performance projects. I manage cross functional teams, coordinate timelines, track risks, and deliver sustainable process improvements that support patient access and operational efficiency. My background includes managing high volume scheduling operations, implementing enterprise level workflow changes, and building systems that streamline communication between clinical, operational, and IT teams.
