Andrea Harris

I am a friendly person and get a long with everyone. I’m enthusiastic, motivated, and organized. I’m always willing to learn something new and I learn fast. I am a positive person and work well in groups and individually. I am a 2020 graduate from Coventry High School and chose to work full-time right out of high school. My dog is my best friend and I love animals. I dog/cat bc sit as a side gig and I enjoy painting, drawing, and doing my makeup. 

When working at Buehler’s I worked at the customer service desk, cash registers, and cash office. I mainly worked customer service and cash office. Working at the customer service desk, I was responsible for the front end. I also rang people out, did returns/refunds, answered the phone, lottery, helped customers with finding items or answering any questions customers had money orders, and maintaining the work space. I would open the store in the mornings, and at night, I collected drawers and cash from the lottery machine, and also clean and organized before closing. I also occasionally cashiered at a register when needed. In cash office, my duties were to reset the drawers from the day prior, count the money from the safe, keep track of the cash and credit/debit records, put money into the ATM and do the count the deposit.

While working at Bellezza Avanti, I was a front desk associate. My duties were greeting and checking in clients for their appointments and letting service providers know they were there. I answered the phones, scheduled appointments, and rang out clients when they were done with their services. Also, while working the front desk, we kept track of our sales. This included up-selling a service or product, if we sold gift cards, or got referrals. It was also my duty to up-keep the front end; keeping it clean, organizing products, checking in and labeling new products. I also handled cash and doing the deposit at the end of the night.
