One thing about me is that I like to experience new things, solve problems, and communicate with people I want to challenge myself in my workplace  I am bilingual I speak Spanish and English. I have been a year and a half in customer service. One thing I am passionate about is my career I am studying Criminal Justice.

Scanned goods and ensured pricing are accurate. Collected payments in cash or credit, and issued receipts, refunds, change, or tickets. Provided exceptional service to customers, including answering questions, resolving complaints, and guiding customers. Keep the checkout area clean and organized, and make sure that products are properly labeled with the correct price. MCDONALD• COOK/CUSTOMER SERVICE (JUNE 21- OCT 22) PART-TIME Maintain cooking areas should be kept safe and clean to prevent food-borne illnesses, wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, ensure food safety, which includes following nutrition and sanitation guidelines. Prepare ingredients, such as measuring, chopping, and peeling vegetables, and cutting meat. They should also store excess food at the correct temperature. A customer service representative must answer questions, handle complaints, and forward them to the manager in charge.

Dollar General= customer service: Currently

The sales associate at Dollar General ensures that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience while helping them make informed decisions on which products to buy, sales associates’ tasks involve answering questions about the products being sold and providing advice on how to use them.
