Responsible for all phases of the construction process of complex projects, construction of single-family homes, townhouses, multi-family homes and commercial works.
Always seeking to maintain lasting partnerships with contractors and subcontractors with teamwork, maintaining focus and effectively participating in the work carried out.
My experience goes far beyond the execution of works in wood frame, in my country of origin I worked in the elaboration of projects (structural, hydraulic, electrical and complementary) of single-family residential buildings, multi-family residential buildings and commercial buildings.
The multifamily residential works that I carried out in my country of origin were vertical works that vary between 4 and 16 floors built in reinforced concrete and deep foundations, the parking generally occupy 3 to 4 floors starting in the basement (Podium). I worked in all phases of projects from land acquisition to delivery of all units to customers.
I also worked here in the US with multi-family residential works from 1 to 4 floors built in wood frame. I followed all stages of construction, inspections and release to customers.
Based on my experience as a Civil Engineer and Deputy Superintendent, I believe I am a good fit for the position.

With my last graduation Master in Concrete Structures and Foundations I became a professional capable of designing residential, commercial, industrial structures, bridges, libraries and other civil constructions with aptitude for the use of computational resources and with deep knowledge of the theory of mechanisms and behavior of concrete structures.
