About Amy Conway:

I am simply a person in search of finding joy and knowledge within the workplace. I am excited to meet new people and work together. At risk of sounding cliche', I am a self-motivated individual. If you need someone to put their heart and soul into a position, I am that person. I find joy in helping others and I'm used to speaking publicly and leading. In fact, I prefer to lead, but I will also happily learn so that I can be my best self in the future of a position.  

Experience

I have taught in the public schools for 12 years, and I have enjoyed the ability to enlighten students. Knowledge is power; I greatly enjoy seeing their faces once they see this. 

Additionally, I worked for 5 years in insurance. I really enjoyed that and the ability to help people, but I didn't feel as happy as I did when seeing my students light up with academic awareness. However, I will say that Customer Service is what I love most. 

Education

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education - English in 2005 from Kansas State University.

I have since gone to Friend's University in Wichita to obtain some graduate credit hours (approx 15 credit hours).
