Amy Bametzrieder

I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with an option in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University.  Most of my career has been in banking.  For the last thirteen years at Flagstar Bank, I worked as a switchboard specialist.  I thrive in areas of routine work in structured environments.  I would love to secure a full-time, permanent position in this type of setting, where I would be performing clerical and/or accounting duties, such as accounts receivable.   

After completing my degree, I worked at Bank of America Corporation for five years as a customer satisfaction representative until March of 2005.  In this position, I aided customers with their credit card inquiries in a high-volume call center.  Later that year, I also performed bookkeeping duties, through Kelly Services, which included accounts receivable and reverse positive pay.  At Flagstar Bank, I enhanced my customer service experience from 2007 through 2011, and I also excelled as a switchboard specialist during my last thirteen years at Flagstar Bank before the position was eliminated in February of 2025.
