The difficulty in describing others is not so much as the difficulty in describing oneself. Not many look within to realize their achievements, failures, flaws, and pros of their personalities. I would describe myself as a person who has fought his way to get to a point where discipline is the only way for me to achieve true happiness. My failures have shaped me in such that I now set my heart to everything I must do. This motivates me to work hard, be enthusiastic, and take pride in setting goals. I am more ambitious than I have been before and ready to take on new challenges. This is what makes me, me. 

I have worked in various settings that require constant interactions with people. After becoming a Licensed Vocational Nurse I have worked for skilled nursing homes, home health, and hospitals. Skilled nursing taught me my basic medicines, patient care, and, most importantly, time management. Working in home health gave me a chance to understand families and patients on a more personal level, this is a plus as many nurses only want to do their jobs and go home, whereas I dedicate myself fully to all my clients and be the best nurse for them to rely on. Hospitals gave me the chance to gain more knowledge in the nursing field, including how to be quick at decesion making, being prepared for and helping in codes, and working under pressure. This overall experience has made me want to pursue Registered Nursing.  

I enrolled in Unitek College Fremont in 2022 and achieved a Associates Degree in Vocational Nursing.
