  • Create and set-up project page on related software and prepare project plans, layouts, and specs on Procore prior to preparing bid package for bidding.
  • Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.
  • Prepare project submittal log and manage its flow to Subs and make sure processing them on timely manner.
  • Overview project goals and ensure they are achievable. And liaise with project lead and other project team members to maintain project schedule and efficacy.
  • Handling all change orders, addendums, project schedules, and all project aspects to make compliance with plans.
  • Prepare for progress meetings, update weekly schedule, maintain minutes of meetings.
  • Address all Sub-contractor’s RFIs either through direct response or forward them to The Architect.
  • Process all project closeouts documents, assure all warranties papers are provided by contractors.

Education

  • 2010, MASTER’S DEGREE in Civil & Construction Management, Western Michigan University.
