Led both internal and external teams, local and global, to conceptualize loyalty program offers and cross-platform touchpoints, responsible for gathering requirements and ensuring their translation to technical specifications for the homegrown database build, supported data scientist in their quantitative analytics to develop customer segments and applicable offers, led database development activities, including designing UAT, improving UI/UX, and participating in customer service calls. Successfully drove custom loyalty offers and innovative marketing messages, leading to a $14M incremental lift.
